Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil is a favorite book/movie.
I have always loved graveyards too. Sometimes they can be a bit spooky to me, but mostly they are places where I feel at ease, reverent, and there is no question I am in hallowed ground.

Cool collection of graveyards. We have a fab on in the centre of Glasgow that is home to what I can only describe as the ultimate in p*ssing contests between the dead people's families and friends to erect the biggest, most ostentatious monumnet they could find!
ReplyDeleteLovely images~ There is a certain appeal about ancient graveyards and statuary, yes?

ReplyDeleteBeautifully haunting pictures. I love graveyards, in fact we created one in our front yard this year for halloween. I will be posting pics in our next Spooky Monday post, but your pictures are just absolutely wonderful. I have never heard of this movie, so now I am intrigued and plan on watching.
